As an eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the online sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our e-commerce platform. This includes analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate digital marketing efforts, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, aimed at attracting and retaining customers, while also evaluating the performance of these channels and making data-driven adjustments.
In your role as e-commerce team leader, youll offer mentorship and direction to optimize order processing, streamline inventory management, and deliver top-notch customer service, all while striving for operational excellence and customer delight.
As an eCommerce Manager, your core responsibility will revolve around formulating and executing strategies to increase revenue through our e-commerce platform, continuously analyzing market trends and competitor actions to identify avenues for improvement.
Youll be tasked with the frequent assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the development of comprehensive reports to offer insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and website performance, all contributing to data-informed recommendations for improvements and growth initiatives.
