To monitor, control, and arrange Yard Equipment as per operation demand.
To support quay side operation during real time operation with effective solutions on every challenge considering safety factors and compliance with terminal policy and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure efficient and highly productive vessel planning with due consideration to the vessel stability and safety under load and discharge operations.
Preparation and execution of crane split and discharge and load sequence to support, achieve
and sustain productivity targets per quay crane operation.
Maintain ownership of the vessels under operations and assist yard equipment controller and yard planner if planning disturbances occur during vessel operation.
Controls the execution of the vessel operation plan.
Ensure efficient communication with the lines for all needed information from both sides, including data transfers.
Responsible for providing information about vessel operations progress to internal staff, vessel?s command, shipping lines, and agents.
To provide all required documents to the vessel command, and execution team to ensure timely delivery of documents.
Visit the vessel upon completion ensuring that the vessel?s command and shipping lines receive the final departure plan and all related paperwork promptly. (Can be shared via E-mail and get the confirmation receipt in writing)
Filling and archiving of vessel planning related documents by standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Optimizing Quay and yard operation to achieve set KPI.
