Digital integration Manager provide consultative Business Integration services to help HALJ implement effective digital solutions. S/he will perform the following duties: understand and translate Business needs into technology solutions via the range of methodologies and solutions that drive business value; drive discussions and provide consultation around Data Visualization, Big Data and Analytics transformation, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements; and coordinate with any third-party vendor involved in the solution, whether as a data source, point of integration or software provider.?? To undertake discovery processes to establish and review where HALJ currently stands in terms of digital integration across business processes and customer experience? Working with the CEO and Senior Leadership in the organization, establish a compelling vision of where digital integration could take HALJ and to sell this vision to key stakeholders? To proactively work with a variety of colleagues in identifying the specific digital integration opportunities that exist across the entire business? To undertake comprehensive analysis to determine the viability of a range of opportunities? To create and manage a digital integration roadmap that prioritises HALJ?s digital efforts towards its digital integration objective? To constantly review outcomes and apply learnings for a rolling programme of digital integrations? Provide guidance to HALJ managers on the way digital solutions might impact the way their teams work, and support them in embedding change? To support senior managers who have ongoing responsibilities for commissioning digital integrations through 3rd party suppliers? Commission competitive research and perform analysis of digital industry trends to inform our strategic direction? Set up and maintain analytics and reporting tools in order to make data-driven recommendations to further support the development of HALJ?s digital integration roadmap? To apply and embed digital industry best-practices? Work closely with HALJ front line to ensure that digital outputs and channels are effectively integrated as part of our overall customer experience
