Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Sales Representative. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to sell credit products and services to potential customers. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.˙Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers to present and sell credit products and services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through prospecting and networking activities
  • Listen attentively to customers financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions to meet their requirements
  • Conduct credit assessments to determine the creditworthiness of clients and establish appropriate credit limits
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to promote credit products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competition to constantly improve selling techniques and product knowledge
