Job Description

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function within the organization. This includes ensuring timely collection of payments, minimizing bad debt, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage the companys accounts receivable.
  2. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  3. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  4. Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  5. Set credit limits and terms for customers.
  6. Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers.
  7. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential payment issues.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes.
  10. Provide regular reports and analysis on credit control performance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in credit control or a related field.
  2. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  9. Experience with accounting software is preferred.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
