Job Description

The Country Manager - Sales will oversee all sales and administrative operations for our client in Jeddah . This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, drivingbusiness growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the daily operations of the salesand admin teams. The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptionalleadership skills and a strong understanding of the packaging industry.Working Days: 5 days per weekWeekend: Friday and SaturdayKey Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and revenue targets.? Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within Saudi Arabia.? Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.? Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.? Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to seniormanagement.? Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and

Administrative Management:? Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Jeddah office.? Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and performancemanagement of sales and administrative staff.? Manage office budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure operational efficiency.? Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.? Maintain accurate records of all sales, administrative tasks, and client interactions.Team Leadership & Development:? Provide training, coaching, and development programs for team members.? Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.? Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.? Recognize and reward outstanding performance while addressing areas for improvement.
