Job Description

Position ScopeAs a Projects Cost Accountant Controller, you will be Responsible for managing all the financial information related to a project or projects at company. You will keep track of each projects expenses and provide regular reports on whether the project is over or under budget. You may also be responsible for verifying the cost sheet and informing managers how much a project could potentially cost and/or earn.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders and all related information.
  • Follow-up the project status with project management team and update the accounting system.
  • Prepare the cash flow projection for projects in coordination with logistic team and project management team.
  • Verify the reasoning of project costing sheet in the system.
  • Determining the financial charge based on project cash flow and to further include any needed factor in the projected costs to ensure reasonableness and its completeness.
  • Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices related to a project.
  • Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project (Workforce).
  • Review and approve overhead charges to be applied on the project.
  • Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.
  • Post all project-related billings to customers based on payment terms, project related costs, invoice margin comparing to the budgeted cost with ensuring that the invoice margin does not exceed the budgeted project margin according to the contracted payment terms.
