The Aims of the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager are to strengthen the role of corporations in Society, broaden the scope of cooperation among business, government and civic organizations, and boost the benefits of business activities to societal welfare and development.??Main responsibility:?????????? Promote HALJ projects? with local charity agencies to develop the presence of HALJ charity in local delivery to further support service users.????????? Manage the implementation of high-quality provision according to project contracts and/or service specifications of Hadia Abdul Latif Jameel Company values.????????? To Apply the NGOS best practices and implementation standards????????? Liaise with service users, service purchasers and beneficiaries as appropriate????????? Develop Audit Committees to review department practices and operation.????????? Complete any administration relevant to the action venture????????? Participate in the strategic development of the charity leading to continuance and expansion of services.????????? Develop and implement a strategic plan with the senior management to create new project campaigns that serve the Saudi society.????????? To devise strategies to develop the programs in terms of young people participate directly in programs and the wider activities of Hadia Abdul Latif Jameel Company.????????? To fully participate in creative meetings and discussions towards development, ensuring delivery approaches are continually evolving????????? Contribute to developmental thinking in the provision of the service????????? Understand the funding requirements of all projects.????????? Set and manage the budget as agree with directors for all charity project.?? ? ?Process payments and pass on details for invoicing within the agreed timescales.
