Job Description

The Coordinator position at a leading General Engineering Consultancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless execution of projects and the efficient management of resources. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of organizational skills, technical knowledge, and interpersonal abilities to facilitate communication between various stakeholders.   1. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
  3. Facilitate communication between engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
  4. Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
  5. Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss project updates and challenges.
  7. Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and vendors.
  8. Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
  9. Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.
  10. Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
