Job Description

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our large construction company in Saudi Arabia. Duties will include directing facilities functions, implementing policies and safety procedures, engaging with venders and contractors, minimizing hazards, preparing facilities budgets, and monitoring expenditure designing, and planning workstations, coordinating remodeling and refurbishment initiatives, testing equipment, forecasting space needs, ensuring compliance, coordinating relocations, and negotiating lease agreements.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate architectural, engineering, and support staff
  • Manage construction projects in compliance with established codes, standards, and regulations
  • Develop project budgets
