Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an Estimator / Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our work winning team. Key tasks for this role include:
  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Leading commercial reviews for tenders.
  • Building price models using productivity standards from BICS and SF20.
  • Benchmarking commercial proposals.
  • Supporting the writing of technical proposals.
  • Defining the scope of work for subcontractors for tender quotations.
  • Identify & price contract risk (SLA/KPI, Insurance, Performance Bonds).
