Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the production of precision parts and components. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of CNC machinery. The operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure high-quality production standards are met. With a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years of experience, the ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that the final products meet the required tolerances and quality standards.Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and technical drawings.
  2. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
  4. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  5. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  8. Train and mentor junior operators on CNC machine operations.
  9. Implement quality control measures to enhance product reliability.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
