Job DescriptionEstimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil and related works prior to execution.Plans and analyses all possible methodologies and recommends the best options to the Facilities Manager for approval prior to execution at site.Interprets drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.Estimate of major work changes. Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all civil related works at site.Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and electrical groups and other disciplines concerned.Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.Performs any other tasks assigned by his line manager.Previous experience in the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry is required.SkillsKey Skills & Competencies1) Trade skills:o Advanced knowledge of the civil engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to civil works.o Well versed in interpreting and executing civil related drawings.o Advanced management skills.2) Interpersonal skills:o Strong leadership skills.o Problem Solving.o Strong organizational and time management skills.Computer skills MS word/Excel/Power point/AutoCAD.
