Job Description

Job Summary:The Secretary of CEO Office ensures to manage, control, and coordinate the office and schedules of the Executive Chairman within KSA and GCC or any future location to meet future brand expectations and targets. , Provide central point of contact for Executive Office and channels/directs and guides internal/external inquiries, Documentation and contracts. Coordinate with the Group Companies and Departments, And Executive Offices of Franchisers on behalf of Executive Chairman. Undertake tasks as Required by the family members.Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Responsible for All company department and related business to CEO
  • Responsible for All related Duties, Agenda, and Communication with CEO Office.
  • Organize and coordinate Executive Chairmans overall diary. Prepare correspondence and
  • Assist in General incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Manage all administrative duties and acts as physical Security.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Reviewing, Drafting and Negotiating finance leasing agreements, credit documents and all companys agreements.
  • accurate research and analysis.
  • Arrange different legal cases
  • Manage, save and upload the documents to the cloud and the traditional archive as well.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings and conferences as assigned.
  • Write correspondence, letters and emails.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents and cases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, and messages.
  • Manage the busy calendar and meetings coordination.
  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Adhere to any tasks assigned by the CEO.
Education and Competency:
  • Minimum Education of bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising.
  • More than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Contract management, Archiving, formulate letters.
  • Fluent English.
  • Communication, presentation and Meeting.
  • BOD Secretary
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Physical Demands:Able to work on/off the field - Able to Travel - Able to Drive cars.
