Central Warehouse SupervisorResponsible for managing the central warehouse in compliance with the company?s policies and procedures.Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing the productivity of Central Parts Warehouse.Responsible for maintaining and management of inventories, machines, and supplies by managing the receiving, storing, delivering stocks in addition to ensuring efficient space utilization.Responsible for securing the warehouse as well as managing and supervising staff.SkillsKnowledgeAdministration & Management:Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, production methods, and coordination between people and resources.English Language:Mastering English language reading, writing, listening, and speaking.IT Knowledge:Computer operation skills, particularly DMS management and spreadsheets.EducationBS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration/or equivalent education.CertificationsExperience5 years of experience with 2 years in management positions.Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.Ability to define challenges collects and consolidates data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions.Job-related SkillsProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databasesLeadership skills and ability to manage staff.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Assessing performance of self, other individuals, and a group of people to make improvements and take corrective actions.SupervisesAll central warehouse staff.EducationBS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration/or equivalent education.Job Location Jeddah , Saudi Arabia Job Role Logistics and Transportation Years of Experience Min: 3 Max: 6 Residence Location Jeddah , Saudi Arabia ?
