Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in the same position, with a strong background in Retail industry core business activities. The candidate must also have experience working with Oracle Fusion / Oddo systems and possess advanced skills in MS Excel. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required, and the candidate must have a transferable Iqama based on their resident country.Responsibilities and Tasks: - Manage all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.- Monitor and maintain accurate cash balances in various accounts.- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to cash transactions.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper recording of cash transactions in the accounting system.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for cash management.- Process electronic and manual transfers for bank accounts.- Responsible for payment entries in various bank platforms.- Ensure all payments are accurately recorded in accounting systems.- Ensure accounts are funded sufficiently and on time to meet financial obligations.- Reconcile bank transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
