Job Description

A Carton Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining carton packaging machines in a manufacturing setting. They ensure that the machines are running smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets. The Carton Machine Operator is also responsible for performing quality checks on the carton boxes and making adjustments to the machines as needed.Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and monitor carton packaging machines to ensure smooth operation
  2. Perform routine maintenance on the machines to prevent breakdowns
  3. Set up and adjust machine settings according to production requirements
  4. Inspect carton boxes for quality defects and make necessary adjustments
  5. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience operating carton packaging machines
  2. Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  3. Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  5. Good communication and teamwork skills
