About the job We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our specialized coffee store in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee culture, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong business acumen. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of baristas and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for coffee preparation, food offerings, and overall presentation of the store.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of coffee beans, equipment, and other necessary items.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer traffic.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, and social media campaigns, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the store budget, monitoring expenses and revenues to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with food safety standards and local regulations.
