Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the catering sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the catering industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with our companys goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the catering industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contract agreements.
  • Networking & Events:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our catering services.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
