Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth
  3. Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote brand products and services
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
  5. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  6. Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
  8. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve brand objectives
  9. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and business partners
  10. Ensure all brand communications align with the companys values and brand guidelines
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or a related field
  2. Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  7. Leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team
  8. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  9. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  10. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
