Mohammed Khalaf Al-Otaibi Group is a company that owns and operates a chain of well-established brands in the restaurant and caf‚ industry, delivering high-quality dining experiences and exceptional service across its outlets.We are currently looking for a Branch Supervisor to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily branch operations (restaurant & coffee shop)Supervise, train, and motivate staff (service crew, baristas, and kitchen team)Ensure high standards of food and beverage qualityManage customer experience and handle complaints professionallyMonitor inventory and control stock levelsEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standardsManage cash handling, POS, and daily sales reportsCoordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teamsEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulationsHandle government inspections and maintain valid licensesRequirements:Male , MuslimPrevious experience in restaurants or caf‚sStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food & beverage operationsFamiliarity with Saudi regulations (Labor Office, Balady, and health inspections)
