Estimate the labor and material repair cost of damaged vehicles according to standard laborÿtime required.ÿ? Coordinates with spare parts department for price and availability of parts.ÿ? Follow-up with insurance representative for repair approvals.ÿ? Able to handle damage vehicle estimation outside service center.ÿ? Follow-up and ensure preparation of documents required by insurance company.ÿ? Assists service advisor in contacting customer whose vehicle have been completed.ÿ? Answers all incoming service department calls and directs telephone calls to appropriateÿparties as necessary.ÿ? Conducts marketing survey, if necessary.ÿ?
