Estimate the labor and material repair cost of damaged vehicles according to standard labor˙time required.˙? Coordinates with spare parts department for price and availability of parts.˙? Follow-up with insurance representative for repair approvals.˙? Able to handle damage vehicle estimation outside service center.˙? Follow-up and ensure preparation of documents required by insurance company.˙? Assists service advisor in contacting customer whose vehicle have been completed.˙? Answers all incoming service department calls and directs telephone calls to appropriate˙parties as necessary.˙? Conducts marketing survey, if necessary.˙? Handles service inquiry to customer (by telephone).˙? Maintains factorys technical information service bulletins.˙? Performs assignments directed by Center Service Manager or Supervisor.˙? Maintains a high level of grooming hygiene and uniform appearance for himself.˙? Reports to service manager any situation or condition that jeopardize the safety welfare or˙integrity of the company.
