Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in coffee preparation and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional beverage experiences. This role requires a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to provide high-quality service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment effectively. Maintain a high level of skill in coffee brewing techniques and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
