Job Description

Ensures that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes

  • Customer Service / Quality Beverages:
  • Welcomes and connects with customers.
  • Determines customer needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations and samples.
  • Remains focused on customer satisfaction and thank every customer.
  • Prepares beverage to the standard. ????????????????????????????????
  • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Store Operations:
  • Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station.?
  • Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products.
  • Maintaining professional presentation always.
  • Demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions.
Cash Handling, Stock Control and Add-On Sales:
  • Follows cash handling procedures and till point policies.?
  • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.?
  • Contributes to store goals for increasing sales/add-on sales
