We are seeking a skilled AV Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The AV Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for audio-visual equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems, including projectors, video conferencing equipment, microphones, speakers, and control systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV equipment issues, both remotely and on-site.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to AV systems.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of AV solutions.Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability and performance.Test and evaluate new AV technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.Create and maintain documentation related to AV systems, including configuration settings, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.Train end-users on the operation and maintenance of AV equipment and systems.
