This role will suit a highly skilled automotive electrician wishing to take his career to the next level. Working in a vehicle manufacturers facility using manufacturers diagnosis equipment on a range of new vehicles. This is a real opportunity to work for a leading vehicle manufacturer in a world class facility. The successful candidate will have a proven work history in this field and be able to work to the highest standards, unsupervised. Although full product related training will be given, to the candidate with the right experience.Key tasks: -1.Carry out installations, programing and diagnostic work on new vehicles as per industry, ISO, DIN, SASO, and manufacturers standards. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment2.Carry out the electrical wiring and cabling on vehicles3.Carry out electrical cabling and diagnosis of franchise products as per the required standards4.Download and upload conversion data files5.Calibrate tachograph as per vehicle specs6.Check and set head lights alignment7.Carry out function test of internal and external lights, indicators, wiper motors, mirrors, central locking system and instrument cluster8. Install and wire electrical components and systems on vehicles9. Ensure the calibration of vehicle safety systems is carried out10. Prepare reports and official documention for each vehicle
