Asst. Team Leader (House keeping)Observe and follow on departmental and sections goals, objectives and action plansEnsures and monitor the adherence of general personal and industrial safety practices in the workshops and working areas by proper utilization of signage (i.e.; Sorry for Inconvenience / Under Repair / Closed for Cleaning / Wet floor etc ) and barriers.Communicates with other sections and departments for an efficient accomplishment of task.Plans, controls and monitors cleaning activities in various zones as outlined in the Cleaning Work Flow Program.Monitor / oversee sewage and oil disposal collection by the contractors and report any deviation as requiredHelp organize and keep the Housekeeping Equipment / Tools / trolley tidy at the end of duty for the next user.Maintain / monitor high standard of housekeeping in the various zones.Ensure / monitor utilization of sanitary protective materials & coverings while performing maintenance activities in food production areas.Make proposals / suggestions for improving workflow program and procedures (i.e.; re-evaluation of the current Cleaning Manual being implemented and the P.M. program), utilization of manpower and control within the Housekeeping Section.Equipment including Sweep Use / Operate cleaningMaintains and organizes Sub-Store by proper stock system and application of codes and labels on each type of itemsMake proposals / suggestions for improving workflow program and procedures (i.e.; re-evaluation of the current Cleaning Manual being implemented and the P.M. program), utilization of manpower and control within the Housekeeping SectionPerforms other duties as assigned.Ensures and monitor the adherence of general personal & industrial safety.SkillsAbility to read, write and speak English is a must, Arabic language is desirable.Hard Working- Punctual-active-Public Speaking-Time Management-Team Leader-attention to details.* Computer skills: Microsoft officeJob Location Jeddah , Saudi Arabia Job Role Cleaning Services Years of Experience Max: 2
