Maintain a long-term supply & inventory plan, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by our demand planning team.
Monitor monthly and weekly production plans, prioritizing certain work orders.
Responsible for maintaining inventories, developing the supply plan to reduce out of stocks across the supply chain network to increase service levels while minimizing purchasing costs and capital employed.
Track inventory levels at distribution centres and Warehouses and allocate product as needed.
Track inventory of raw materials and advise the order quantity to purchasing team.
Set preferred stock levels and inventory parameters to prevent excess inventory and out of stock.
Responsible for setting the optimum inventory levels to meet the demand & targeted availability and expiry.
Prepare supplier scorecard and review supplier performance with the supplier to improve service level.
Run the sales & operation planning Cycle.
Supervise order planning, to ensure product availability by monitoring planning & delivery plans while maintaining stocks at the right levels, avoiding obsolescence & ensuring best inventory turnover.
Responsible to design and implement the supply planning policies and procedures that ensure effective & efficient supply planning process.
Provide accurate and up to date monthly stocking levels, Days of coverage, Availability on unit level and policy deployment related activities.
Ensure proper Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, expiry stock report, Days of coverage, orders in the pipeline.
Ensure implementation of approved policy and procedures.
Develop Cross Function SLA with all related Dept. and monitor its compliancy.
