Job Description

Review Fixed Asset Register, Make sure Assets Capitalized on time, Make sure assets disposed on time and all assets recorded based on proper approval as per Authority Matrix.Responsibilities:

  1. Check asset purchase and disposal suspense account.
  2. Review them monthly to confirm the assets are Capitalized and Disposed in the asset register.
  3. Supervise assets are purchased as per company policy and procedure like obtaining 3 supplier quotations.
  4. Make sure addition of assets are approved by authorized person based on Authority Matrix of the company.
  5. Review Tagging of Assets Capitalized
  6. Check disposal of assets is as per the authority matrix.
  7. Verify costing of assets.
  8. Assets constructed on contract make sure supplier active billing is reconciled regularly.
  9. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
