Job Description

Job Summary:Provide skilled service in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems at various stations of the facility. Job Duties:

  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain Air Conditioning wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  • Conduct the preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of all kind of Air Conditioning assets.
  • Perform routine checks by inspecting Air Conditioning systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Handle the daily Air Conditioning works in the mall.
  • Coordinate with fit out contractors for installations.
  • Handle the complaints on Air Conditioning system.
  • Maintain the proper history of the equipment maintenance.
  • Execute work orders from the supervisor.
  • Fill in the regular property inspections and checklists.
  • Prepare material requests required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
  • Receive the materials and check the quality.
  • Perform the necessary corrective works.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school Diploma.
  • 3 Years of experience in a related field.
  • Course certificate in Air conditioning.
  • English, Arabic
