Thursday: 0830 - 1700 * Lead HKN?s Workforce Development Program * Identify personnel competency development needs and available international/domestic learning resources, including competency development/assessment frameworks, mentorship, OJT, in-house trainings, external trainings & workshops, academic/diploma sponsorships, and internship programs. * Maximize efficiency of available competency learning resources (technical and non-technical) for HKN personnel. * Work collaboratively with department heads across all functions to identify current and future personnel competency requirements based on operational needs. * Develop and track personnel competency development profiles to measure progress against localization targets. * Develop and implement a Workforce Development communication plan. * Update the Workforce Development Plan for Sarsang Block as required. * Update and maintain all personnel MNR portal: expat/local profiles, submit all Workforce Development reporting requirements, maintaining the Succession Plan/Position Profile documents and submission of the MNR Work Permits. * Drive the annual performance review process to ensure a high quality of goal setting/development needs. * Coordinate leadership/management courses for high potential personnel. * Support in recruitment for key development roles. * Bachelor?s degree. * 5-8 years of experience in learning and development, training/coaching experience. * Experience in developing and managing projects/people. * Fluent/Native in English. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Flexible to visit the Sarsang Block as needed. * Must have experience working collaboratively with senior members of an organization, including with multiple nationalities and backgrounds.
