Originally focused on auto lending, where five of the top ten auto lenders use Informed.IQ, financial institutions now use Informed.IQs technology to help offer personal loans, credit cards, and automated bank account openings to their customers.Responsibilities* Create customer-focused test cases and generate supporting documents to test the Informed application* Create tests that validate all aspects of the application, including data, machine learning, API and UI testing* Generate test cases that comprehensively test positive, negative and boundary conditions of the application* Uncover use cases and usage scenarios utilized by real world applications and workflows* Support a testing strategy that incorporates CI/CD* Perform load and stress testing on the application and report any anomaly before each release* Write and execute automated test cases that ensure quality for the most frequent use cases, usage scenarios, exceptions, edge cases, and reported bugs* Create clear bug reports, help replicate and verify them in all environments including production* Support ongoing product development; ensure new functionality is well-tested and documented so that customers quality is not impacted * Work closely with Engineering, PMs, data scientists, solution architects and the QA team to develop, automate, and execute sophisticated tests against required specificationsAbout You* Proficient with Bash, Python, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript or similar scripting language* 2+ years experience in relational databases/SQL.* Experienced in developing clear test plans, building tools and test frameworks* Expert in writing functional automation (UI/API), creating gold master files, and RESTful documentation* Experience with various testing methodologies and strategies: Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and well versed with manual testing strategies and automation.* Experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, QTP/UFT, Cypress, Cucumber, Appium, SoapUI and Postman* Experience in various performance testing using tools like JMeter* Strong debugging skills to identify and troubleshoot software issues* Thrive in a fast paced start-up environment and be open to learning new technologies and domains* Clearly communicate technical problems across teams and to management* Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies and QA processes* Experience with Agile methods and practicesBenefits and Perks* Competitive salary and stock options* Medical, dental, and vision paid by company with support for dependents* Three weeks of paid time-off in addition to seven paid company holidays* 401K planInformed, Inc. is an EEO employer that actively pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
