The expert will have overall responsibility for the formulation and implementation of activities related to the monitoring and teh evaluation tasks, contributing strongly to development of the overall working plan and teh annual working plans. The expert will identify needs and demands in this area, prepare specific ToR, and plan activities and training programmes for implementation under the project.The project will be implemented for 36 months. It is expected that the senior moniroring and evaluation expert be working for a minimum of 200 days.Qualifications and skillsAdvanced University Degree (PHD / Masters) in Evaluation, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Political Sciences or other relevant subjects.An Advanced University Degree in Evaluation is a strong asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;Proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.Proficiency in MS office computer programmesGeneral professional experienceMinimum 12 years professional experience;Minimum 6 years relevant experience within the MENA region, or in transition economies or in fragile and post-conflict states.Specific professional experienceA minimum of 8 years specific working experience of monitoring and evaluation of development cooperation.How to applyPlease send your CV by email to health@conseilsante.com
