We at Changan Iraq are looking for two enthusiastic and active employees to fill two vacancies in our sales department in Erbil branch.-Possessing solid knowledge of the vehicles they are selling to effectively match a customer?s needs with the appropriate vehicle and close a sale-Welcoming customers, listening to their requirements, answering all queries with detailed information, and making recommendations-Assisting with the setting up of showrooms and forecourts, including promotional displays-Taking customers for test drives and showing them a vehicle?s features-Negotiating the best possible selling price and offering loans and other finance options-Informing customers of available accessories, warranties, and after-sale services-Ensuring that a sold car undergoes a pre-delivery inspection and is delivered- Receiving and welcoming customers.- Knowing the customers need and what is the purpose of the visit.- Directing the customer to the required need.- Explanation of the specifications and advantages of cars to customers.- Selling and trying to achieve monthly and even daily target.- Collecting the information of all visitors (Names, Contact Numbers...etc.) and fill out form of visitors then send it to Sales Manager daily.- Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement and aesthetics of the showroom.- Responsible for displaying cars in the showroom.- Charging car batteries and making sure they work efficiently.- Follow-up to the morning car operation on a daily basis.- Ensure the integrity of the entire auto parts.- Monitoring cars petrol according to type or size of cars.- Ensure the cleanliness of the car body & interior and the level of in all parts of the car.- Regularly collecting information about direct competitors in the market- Continuity of providing management with feedback.- Stick with uniform during working hours.- The Retail sales employee is allowed to use efforts of service staff and direct them in matters of the showroom and cars inside and outside showroom.
