We are seeking a Sales Officer to help the organization meet a multitude of objectives regarding commercial and financial planning, Sales development, tendering and pricing follow up in its Logistic and Freight Forwarding activities?Under the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the Chief Sales Officer will be hired for the following purposes:?Country responsibility and accountability for the continuous development and growth of Project Oil & Gas activities in Iraq.???Core responsibilities cover the building of valued add solutions for Project Oil & Gas client portfolio, the establishment of knowledge-sharing and development within the Project Oil + Gas sales and operations team and the generation of clear and consistent account development and tracking.??This position is pivotal to the growth of the Basra office and requires significant interaction with senior management throughout the globe, as well as interface with, and leadership and support of, local sales and operational teams.Main responsibilities:1.?Creation, Communication and Execution of Commercial Operations strategy??Create a strategy that embodies the industry?s development opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses,??Communicate the strategy to create buy-in and support from country and senior management2.?Building of Valued Solutions?Update personal industry knowledge and specialism whilst building strong external business relationships and networks with key players in the industry?Provide active guidance and support in account?tenders and reviews??Build and maintain value solutions for Project Oil & Gas industry to gain competitive advantage?3.?People and Team Management?Knowledge-sharing and knowledge-management within the Project Oil & Gas team through different mediums?Assist and support the learning, development and nurturing of?direct reports?Implement a transparent and consistent process in all activities within the Project Oil & Gas Team ? from Business Plan to strategic activities, from customer interactions to account tracking and reporting,?internal and external communication?Take appropriate corrective actions within the Project Oil & Gas?Team when concerns on business and customer delivery arises4.?Continuous Development, Measurement and Reporting?Review, adapt and/or amend strategy according to market challenges and business profitability?Measure and report profitability analysis on accounts??Deliver fast growth and profitability within given industry??
