Our Client is looking to hire a Project Partner Development Manager who will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners, Your responsibilities will be to<br /><br />- Locate, contact and propose potential business deals to potential partners and System Integrators (SIs)<br />- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations<br />- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to keep abreast with the latest technologies<br />- Train and Develop CCTV System integrators<br />- Increase the sales revenue according to the sales target. <br />- Maintain healthy relationships among System integrators, Distributors and HIKVISION<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Requirements- At least 3 years experience in a Sales driven position in CCTV/ Security industry <br />- Full knowledge of technical skills and familiarity with the project market<br />- A sound network with System Integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end user network<br />- Experience in Product selection and solution design<br />- Strong sales skills, listening skills and presentation skills to meet every individual customers needs<br />- Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills- Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written<br />- Responsible and able to drive the business independently<br />- Ability to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary & Benefits<br /><br /><br />
