Our clients include DHS, DHA, DoS, USMC, US Army, HHS/Indian Health Service, Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, among many more.Overall DescriptionProvide customer support to a block of individuals assigned to involving phone, email and personal communication from the initial notice of assignment through deployment. Assist customers with deployment requirements to include securing DOS badges, obtaining passports and visas, ensuring compliance with mandatory medical and training requirements and compliance with additional Post-specific requirements. Track customer cases in an office database which is used to determine where the customer is in the process and prepare arrival reports to the PSP Missions.Responsibilities* Assist with eCountry Clearance requests. Review and verify eCountry Clearances as necessary. * Correspond with supporting offices as needed via email/telephone. * Maintain and organize customer electronic files. This includes working with the internal shared drive and uploading documents to SharePoint. * Attend and assist during OIP in-processing appointments where deploying customers complete postspecific paperwork and tasks. Collect required items and assist customers with completion of forms during appointment as instructed by Team Leader. * Ensures employees have completed all pre-deployment documents and tasks prior to departing for Post. * Assist in maintaining in-processing conference room. This includes restocking supplies and logging into computers to verify full functionality when assigned. * Serve as primary POC for FSN visa submissions which are referred to OIP by NEA-SCA/EX PMO staff. * Serve as acting Team Leader when Team Leader is out of the office. Acting duties include representing OIP at meetings, providing status reports to HR Division Director and OIP Deputies, sending arrival and housing reports to Post. * Assist with cell phone setup and other IT-related setup (i.e. SNAP cards), as needed. * Assist in maintaining in-processing conference room. This includes restocking supplies and logging into computers to verify full functionality when assigned. * Manages other tasks authorized by the Government Task Manager that fall within the scope of this task order. * Write E2 travel orders for temporary duty employees assigned to PSP posts, to include training, assignment, extensions, home leave and departure travel entitlements. * Assist employees with closing their vouchers in E2 Travel System at the conclusion of their tours. Includes reviewing travel authorizations to determine what voucherable expenses employee was entitled to and prepare related paperwork to process those vouchers. * Facilitate in person visa submissions and/or retrievals from Embassies.Minimum Qualifications:Training or experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointPreferred QualificationsStrong writing, communication, and technical skillsWorking Conditions* Business Office Environment (for SA-9 office) * Home Office Environment (as authorized for telework) In accordance with President Bidens Executive Order 14042, you must be able to meet all health requirements, including but not limited to, current and future vaccination requirements to infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
