Roles and Responsibilities: * The Commissioning Process shall be responsible for the Commissioning of the new process facilities. He will participate in the development of the Operational readiness Plan and ensure that all FPD and CSU plans are developed and implemented on the project.* Assist with handover of the facilities from the Commissioning Team utilizing Go Completions to be ?ready to introduce hydrocarbons? for asset team. * The Process Commissioning engineer has delegated responsibilities for the new facilities that have to be discussed and agreed with QPH and Asset responsible for the plant. Key responsibilities include: * Develop project Process Commissioning and Start-up (CSU) bases plans* Prepare Commissioning Test Procedures and Method statements Manage the successful and safe Start Up of the new facilities.* To conduct cause and effect testing and logic testing as per Process Control Narratives (PCN).* Ensure the specification and ordering of all required Start-up and early Operations spares* Manage and coordinate first fills and lubes requirements and Process chemical suppliers for Start Up and early operations.* Set up Systemization (define Process commissioning systems)* Define CSU Process activities per Commissioning System* Oversee on the job training requirement for Operators on the new facilities.* Set up system testing Process scope* Develop Work Execution Process Flow Commissioning Scheme (WEFS)* Develop project commissioning plans, integrate commissioning activities into project execution plan for Process discipline.* Manage and follow through on Engineering Queries as necessary during Start Up and Early operations of the facilities.* Provide CSU schedule input into overall project plans* Develop Process Commissionable System Definition* Develop Process Commissioning & Start up Activity List* Develop Process Commissioning Consumables List* Manage Process interface with the Asset?s operations & maintenance functions* To develop other commissioning documents includes Master Blind list, PSV index with their calibration certificate records, isolation philosophy, plant operating philosophy, LO/LC valves list, line walk markups and valve markups for startup.* Manage support and interface with the P&T?s ORA functions Education, Skills & Experience: Education * BSc., University degree in Process Engineering or equivalent Experience and Skill set * Minimum 8-10 years-experience in Oil and Gas related Process equipment project Design and Process Engineering* 7 years in Oil and Gas Operations or Project positions, with experience in Process Commissioning & Start-up* 5 years-experience as a Process Commissioning engineer in project delivery* Experience in the Middle East, Utilities and gas processing are an advantage, as is front-end Process engineering experience.* A good understanding of modern systematic pre-commissioning processes is important as well as a detailed knowledge of systems & tools required to deliver successful CSU on a major project including Flawless methodology for Process discipline.* Experience in Systems Completions tools such as GoCompletions would be a desirable advantage.* Experience in med size / major projects which must involve gas facilities integration is required.* Also experience with major brown field project work that include shutdown or upgrade activities and exposure to working in multi-cultural environments across the globe is desirable.* The ability and desire to follow a project from concept selection to steady state operations, through FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover, supported by relevant experience.* Strong, and demonstrated, personal commitment to HSSE Leadership and experience in managing HSSE throughout all project phases* Ability to work and manage in a multi-cultural environment in the Process discipline.* Fluent in English both spoken and written. *We Value Our People ?We create diverse, inclusive environments in which each person can feel safe, respected and valued, and where everyone has opportunities to grow and reach their full potential. *We Deliver ?We are uncompromising in our commitment to deliver innovative, high-quality, technology-led solutions for our customers and exceptional, sustainable value for all our stakeholders. *We Are People of Integrity ?We value honesty, trust, courage, fairness, prudence and tenacity.
