MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SECTION HEAD ( IRC218337 )Open date-closing date: 23/05/2022 - 06/06/2022 AtEni, we are looking for aMaterial Management Section Headwithin * Maintaining Warehouse system * providing principal point of contact for all Base Operations, Materials and Equipment related matters * Carrying out overall supervision and direction of all warehouse activities with respect to warehouse and yard operations. * Maintaining inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines. * Maintains and ensures accuracy of the perpetual inventory system. * Managing and monitoring storage of purchased parts and finished goods. * Ensuring that all HSEQ requirements related to materials handling and storage are fully understood and met. * Maintaining close liaison with other operations activity (i.e drilling, maintenance, production), the client represents at promulgating and executing all necessary procedures and instructions with respect to all aspects of material control, storage and forwarding. * Assuring the liaison between Procurement, Suppliers, Forwarders and Customs to control the supply chain and * ive and ZFOD installations * Developing staff in line with company policy.Performing write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory to reflect accurate value of inventory*This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Educated up to tertiary education level, with previous experience in similar post overseas during which time will have gained Material Management, Procurement and Expediting skills and will have gained knowledge of Supply Chain Management, both in concept and practice. Some supervisory experience is also required.
