Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Responsibilities:-Provide methodological support to the Operators structural units on:Organization and functioning of Internal Control System (ICS),Identification and assessment of risks,Development and implementation of control procedures,Preparation of risk matrixes and control procedures,Preparation of reports on internal control,Monitoring the effectiveness of ICS.-Ensure Operators ICS functioning in compliance with the requirements of DPSC, decisions of JMC, as well as applicable legislation and local regulatory acts of Operator-Participate in inspections of the ICS of structural units of the Operator-Consolidation of provided by Line Managers and Business Process Owners information on the results of the implementation of Plan for the development and improvement of the internal control of the Operator.-Preparation of consolidated reports on Internal Control System-Preparation of consolidated reports on Risk Assessment REQUIREMENTS: General requirements:-English language intermediateEducation:-Higher education (economic or legal).-Professional Certificates in the field of internal control, audit and risk management are an advantageKnowledge/job experience:-Good written and oral communication in English;-Advanced level of Microsoft Excel;-Skills of work with big volumes of information-Knowledge of basic principles of financial accounting-Knowledge of Risk Assessment techniques;-Skills to use software for working with charts and diagrams-Knowledge of methods and techniques of effective technical report preparation and presentationWork experience:-Job related experience at least 2 years-Experience in BIG4 Companies is an advantage
