Manage the maintenance of mechanical systems, such as; plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting fixtures, Electricity stations, water distribution station, automatic temperature control, and electrical.
Perform routine and specialized maintenance for the buildings and utilities.
Perform preventive maintenance maintaining records of preventative maintenance
Ensure maintenance agreements for machinery and equipment are monitored and renewed.
Make sure that maintenance and repair costs stay within budget through utilizing energy
Read blueprints to monitor the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Ensure Maintaining walls, fixing leaks, paint jobs and any other tasks required.
Clean and maintain all boilers and other major equipment.
Supervise and participate in necessary painting and general repairs to plumbing,
Perform emergency repair services as necessary.
Examine buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance.
