Job Description

Overview / ResponsibilitiesWood is searching for all levels of Engineers and Designers to join our operations project in Basra.There will be positions in both Dubai (residential) and Iraq (rotational role in 4x4 rotation). This position is minimum of one year contract and possible of extension based on the business needs and performance.

  • Piping Engineer (All levels)
  • Piping Designer (All levels)
  • Process Engineer (All levels)
  • Process Designer (All levels)
  • Civil Engineer (All levels)
  • Civil Designer (All levels)
  • Electrical Engineer (All levels)
  • Electrical Designer (All levels)
  • Instrument Engineer (All levels)
  • Instrument Designer (All levels)
  • Mechanical Engineer (All levels)
Lead roles ? minimum of 15-20 years of experienceSenior roles ? minimum of 8-10 years of experienceEngineer roles ? minimum of 5-7 years of experience Please note that at this stage, applications for this role are invited as an Expression of Interest (EOI) whilst opportunities are being fully determined.Skills / Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline.
  • Experience in Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Design.
  • Experience in Brownfield experience
  • Intellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a practical context.
  • Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a level of team working skills.
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude.
