Engineering degree. Preference is given to Civil or Architectural.
15+ Years of relevant experience, in which the last 5 years as a GM or deputy GM.
Knowledge in all the phases of Real Estate development. From the inception phase, design phase, construction phase, promotion and sales phase to the turnkey phase.
