Duties and Responsibilities Under the the direct supervision of the Head of Solutions Mapping, Accelerator Lab, the Project Associate will provide support to the Accelerator Lab and the Multi-Country Office (MCO) with respect to contributing to the successful implementation of activities and projects in Trinidad and Tobago only. The Project Associate will work in close collaboration with UNDP MCO staff, UN Agencies and national authorities to ensure the efficient implementation of projects with special emphasis on that Project. The Project Associate is expected to be well-organized, willing to learn on-the-job, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. The Driver also demonstrates a client-oriented approach, courtesy, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. On ad-hoc basis and during absences of the FTA driver, the incumbent will backstop him on his assigned duties to the Resident Representative. Upon request of the supervisor, the Driver can be also required to provide driving services to the operations and programme staff in the CO, Consultants and Experts and UN staff on mission.
