Improving Lives.Currently,we are seeking for anAirfreight Commercial Centre Specialist (ACC),In this role, the successful candidate must have the below qualities and qualification;Key ResponsibilitiesOwns and maintains Country ACC tariffs? ? MTSSupports in execution of AFR and commercial strategy in local ACCDrives competitive pricing?Ensures compliance of country ACC to global pricing standards and makes necessary changes?Executes pricing campaigns (e.g. seasonal offers)?Searches for best pricing solutions in order to maximize profitability of AFR?Monitor and drive Quote Shop hit rate performance (Import and export) to achieve global target.?Provides pricing for Sales growth on country level (including standard factor-based pricing methodology), supports and follows up with Sales.?Provides correct and timely feedback to Global bids, HoP pricing requests, from break-down of pricing instructions to roll-up of pricing input and submitting?Executes country bid response, in particular qualification of bids received, formulation of bid strategy, gathering and checking of pricing inputs, consolidates country bid response?Monitor and drive RFQ hit rate performance ?to achieve global targets.Gauges market demand for AFR service (performs competitor, customer and market research at country level) in alignment with SalesPerforms negotiation of key contracts with carriersEnsures good relationships on the day-to-day work with carriers at country levelSets internal rates for local procured activities and checks the internal rates set centrally for the own countrySupports in solution designProvides input on service elementsNegotiates key procurement contracts (schedules, rates)Defines and sets up local internal rates in systemManages and initiates risk taking process (e.g. escalation to AFR Product or Regional ACC)Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Deep knowledge of AFR forwarding businessStrong project management skills and ability to cope with multiple bids in parallelStrong analytical skills and good communication skillsCommercial experience/capabilitiesAbility to work under pressureStrong problem-solving mentalityWe offer:Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.
