Youll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, youll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, its a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase &Co.As a member of the Chief of Staff team supporting FRDCs Reference Data, Data Acquisition, &Everest Technology organizations, youll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology initiatives that typically span multiple delivery teams and have firm-wide implications. Youll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. • Bachelor?s degree required

• Ability to track significant initiatives and projects that require support & engagement from multiple products & product teams across Reference Data Technology. Provide coordination, share information, and monitor progress toward goals and benchmarks.

• Ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiency across Reference Data and the broader firm, fostering clear and concise communications flow, working quickly to resolve complementary issues and partner on similar projects

• Capability to serve as a key point of contact for inquiries from our critical stakeholders including CIB Operations, LOB Product Owners and Finance & Business Management teams, and other Global Technology functions

• Ability to work effectively with team members across global locations and time zones
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic professional environments. Self-starter with proactive approach, excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Able to work on various topics in parallel, showing a strong capacity for learning

• Experience with supporting an organization?s budgeting, forecasting, and resource management needs

• Ability to support recruiting and new-hire onboarding efforts for the team, and identifying and coordinating opportunities for team-wide learning and professional development

• Possess an understanding of project and program management standards and methods

• Practical experience with technology program management and program portfolio management in a Program Management Office (PMO) supporting large, global organizations

• Practical hands-on experience with product delivery via Agile methodologies; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations

• Excellent written communications skills and attention to detail

• Experience presenting to and communicating with senior management

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations

• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to forge relationships, indirectly lead, and gain consensus on process

• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills

• Proficient with data analysis

• Mastery of core Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
