Responsible for end-to-end delivery of Intelligent Automation use cases from concept through execution
Obtain target state design approvals from Process Owners, Technology and Controls
Prepare cases for delivery by ensuring access to data, environments, and applications are provided by the Process Owner
Facilitate sprint demos to ensure the solution will meet the business need
Facilitate Go / No-Go meetings
Create and publish status reports (daily and weekly)
Responsible to evidence key artifacts for so that the solution is always exam ready
Develop and manage backlog for the scrum team
Accountable for resolving execution issues, partnering with peers within Robotics, business or technology
Required˙qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5-7 years of experience of project execution
Experience with epic development and user story writing
Strong working knowledge of Agile processes
Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meeting deliverable deadlines
Possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building, and influencing skills; ability to effectively partner and communicate with various levels up/down and across the organization
Ability to research and resolve issues
Bachelor?s Degree required
Effective organizational and project delivery skills through the technology delivery (agile) lifecycle
Experience with automation is desired but not required
