Collections Future State Delivery LeadPrincipal responsibilities:

• The Collections Future State Delivery Lead is acombination ofdelivery/program managementforthe deployment of Collections Future State ecosystem. The individual will work closely with Regional Collections and Recoveries teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the future state ecosystem in markets and introduction into operational service. Steer and oversight of the Collections Future State program execution, integration, testing and implementation across multiple regions/markets
• The localization of technology and processes to fit local needs. Transitioning local Collections Systems teams and associated stakeholders to new operating procedures, processes and utilities
• Coordinate with internal IT team(s) to validate the fitment of the Product capabilities per regional/country needs The role holder needs to manage one or more clients from regions having different time zones, regulatory environment, and maturity of business, data and systems.
• Given the highly competitive nature of Analytics industry, building capability and retaining talent is a key focus area. Rapidly understanding business requirements through regular interactions with the all lines of business and functions business users and other subject matter experts.
• Working closely with the analysis and build teams throughout the project lifecycle. Program manage the POC/Pilot project, which aim to deliver the technology stack for new generation of Decision Management. Work with IT Teams, Cloud Engineering teams and other relevant teams to deliver the desired outcomes
• To be successful in this role you should have: Extensive experience managing Collections and Recoveries software technologies into operationally focused banking environment
• Experience delivering Technology transformation projects and/or process re-engineering in Collections, Decisioning, or Data. Proven ability to build and deploy scalable, high availability infrastructure architectures in an enterprise or cloud environments for global banks
• Experience with one or more programming skills and range of Collections and Recoveries systems and associated capabilities would be an advantage. Experience defining, designing and supporting Cloud or on-premise implementations of applications and Collections platforms
• Has an excellent knowledge of the credit life cycle, Collections and Recoveries practices and understands the market positioning of HSBC products. Understands the function of HSBC in-house systems and processes or alternatively knowledge of similar systems within a similar organization
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, team management, influencing, decision making, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and a successful track record of leading multiple multi-functional project teams within aggressive timelines to successfully implement change initiatives in the software development lifecycle
