Content moderators serve as an important line of defence by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on job experience. You will deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society. You will be responsible for analysing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. Familiarity with different social media platforms Roles and Responsibilities Validate and rate generated content for accuracy, relevance, and quality based on predefined guidelines and criteria. Identify and report any content that violates guidelines or policies, including issues related to inappropriate language, hate speech, violence, or other forms of abuse. Collaborate with the AI development team to provide feedback and insights on improving the AI models and algorithms. Conduct research and stay updated on emerging trends, cultural nuances, and platform-specific guidelines to enhance content validation and generation processes. Generate high-quality content using Generative AI systems, ensuring it meets the required standards and aligns with the desired objectives. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to content moderation and generation. Maintain accurate records and documentation of content validation activities, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. ? ? Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels ? Understand and make decisions/take actions as per client policies and guidelines ?
