You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of the testing process and delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Lead the test automation efforts and drive the implementation of automation frameworks.- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.- Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
